Blizzard has confirmed there is a skip for the Patch 11.1 Undermine(d) campaign.
You can find the Undermine(d) campaign skip for alts after you’ve completed it once on the account by speaking with Renzik while on the quest “When Opportunity Explodes” or speaking with Paks any time after that.
