Blizzard has posted hotfixes for today which includes tuning across multiple Mythic+ dungeons and the Nerub-ar Palace raid.

Companion Pets
Players should now correctly be awarded the Lil’ Bonechewer pet for the achievement Worm Theory. This applies retroactively.
Lil’ Bonechewer may only be obtained per-account and can no longer be caged.
