Blizzard has announced how the Scepter of Shifting Sands questline will work in Season of Discovery. Players looking to obtain the Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal in Season of Discovery must complete the Scepter questline between December 1st, 1:00 pm Pacific Time, and December 6th, 1:00 pm Pacific Time. The questline unlocks on November 12th with the weekly reset.
