In a fairly surprising change, Blizzard has announced a few changes to Classic Fresh. All of these particular changes are things large parts of the community have been vocal about implementing, especially the addition of dual specializations.
While dual spec will not be available on launch, it will be added down the road. Time will tell just how this will function in Classic Fresh.
