The calendar dates for Plunderstorm on the 11.0.7 PTR have been changed. It is now scheduled to take place from January 14th to February 18th, but these may change later.

Roadmap and Patch 11.1
On the Warcraft 2025 Roadmap, Plunderstorm takes place in the middle of this Winter season, between 11.0.7 and 11.1, which fits with the PTR dates.
