Infernal Compasses, the Sigils that open Infernal Hordes in Diablo 4, will begin stacking into piles of 99 based on tier beginning in Season 7/Patch 2.1. In addition, Blizzard has made some changes to where and how often Infernal Compasses drop. These changes are included in the Patch 2.1 PTR Patch Notes.
