Blizzard has posted massive buffs to Cyrce’s Circlet in Patch 11.0.7 which should make this ring a Best-in-Slot ring for everyone!
When 11.0.7 goes live this week, the Siren Isle ring Cyrce’s Circlet will be significantly stronger than it was on the PTR.
Cyrce’s Circlet will start at item level 639, and when fully upgraded, will reach a maximum item level of 658.
