Blizzard is allowing all Season of Discovery characters to purchase Runes from the Rune Broker for just 1 Copper each! These Rune Brokers can be found in each race’s starting zone, so characters as low as level 1 can have full access to their class runes.
Editor’s Note: It appears that these Rune Brokers are currently only available on NA servers. They should become available to the EU after the next reset.
