Despite repeated buffs, the limited Citrine gem selection during the first week of Patch 11.0.7 causes Cyrce’s Circlet to underperform, and is unlikely to be an upgrade for most players.
Cyrce’s Circlet Week 1
Patch 11.0.7 is now live and this week, Cyrce’s Circlet can be upgraded to a maximum of item level 642 with only 4 Citrine’s to choose from: Roaring War-Queen’s Citrine, Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine, Mariner’s Hallowed Citrine, Windsinger’s Runed Citrine.
