Blizzard is making a few targeted spell changes in this week’s Patch 11.1 PTR build, adjusting Spellthread stats to better match Armor Kits, and nerfing the amount of healing done by Cyrce’s Circlet for tanks and damage dealers!
The healing nerf is particularly interesting, as players have recently been taking advantage of raid strategies which completely drop healers on some bosses, having all players use Mariner’s Hallowed Citrine instead.
