Blizzard has followed up with additional changes regarding the Battleground Issues players faced yesterday on WoW Classic Anniversary Realms. The SoD version of the Chronoboon Displacer will no longer be usable on Anniversary Realms and the prices has been reduced to 1 gold on Anniversary Realms.
Following up on hotfixes that are now live:
The Season of Discovery variant of the Chronoboon Displacer is no longer usable on non-SoD realms.
