During the Season of Discovery Phase 5 PTR, Blizzard announced that players should hold on to their Emerald Chip from Phase 3, as new items would be available for purchase. While the Emerald Wardens sold bags of trade goods during the PTR, it appears that these new items did not make it into Phase 5.
