Blizzard has released a Hotfix for Cataclysm Classic which no longer requires players to turn in a Normal version of the Tier 11 Helm and Shoulders when purchasing the Heroic version.

Fixed an issue where the Heroic Tier 11 Helm and Shoulders were costing a Tier Token and the normal version of the item, instead of just the Tier Token.
