The War Within introduces some Achivement-locked cosmetics in the form of the Dornogal Civilian outfits. While many of them can be acquired traditionally from a vendor, certain recolors are only from some lengthy work to gain the proper Achievement.
These outfits are worn by NPCs around Khaz Algar, and a good chunk of them can be purchased from Osidion, either for Resonance Crystals, or with Earth-Encrusted Gem, earned through Renown.
