The amount of detail paid to the painting of the Patch 11.1 antagonist goes above and beyond the usual set decoration. Who the artist is that painted it and where we might encounter such decoration remains a mystery, but it could likely be a prized possession inside Gallywix’s hideout, the Gallagio hotel and casino.
