Today’s PTR build adds a bunch of new mounts, including new mounts from Troves for each of the Cartels.
These troves seem to work similarly to the caches from Azj-Kahet Pacts. There seem to be different versions depending on your standing (one for Honored, one for Revered, and one for Exalted with each Cartel), but we don’t fully know their details yet.
