Tier 3 Raid Sets Overview
The requirements to gain access to the Tier 3 items remain the same in Season of Discovery. You are tasked to complete the quest Echoes of War, and once you return to Commander Eligor Dawnbringer, you will gain access to the Class vendors who are scattered around Light’s Hope Chapel.
