Occult Gems are a new type of Seasonal Socketables for Diablo 4 Season 7: Season of Witchcraft granting powerful bonuses to Witchcraft abilities. Blizzard has announced numerous balance changes to these since the Public Test Realm allowed testing.
Some gems, such as Phantom String and Dust Stone are seeing nerfs to bring their powers in line with the other Gems, while gems such as Vulture Talon and Toadling’s Wish are having their effects buffed after their performance on the PTR.
