Today’s Patch 11.0.7 PTR has a slight nerf for Totemic Enhancement Shamans.
When playing Totemic Enhancement Shaman, Whirling Elements gives you multiple buffs when you have a Surging Totem. One of these buffs is getting a Hot Hand proc, which is available even if the talent isn’t actually taken in the Enhancement tree. When Hot Hand is taken on the Talent Tree, the proc from Whirling Elements is equal to the rank you have granting 20% / 40% bonus Lava Lash damage.
