Blizzard has posted the first hotfixes for Patch 11.1 which includes changing the requires for Surge Pricing and making the Misplaced Work Order… work!

Reading the Misplaced Work Order will now reliably give credit for Read Between the Lines.

Fixed an issue that could prevent players who had never entered Delves before from being able to configure Brann’s role and abilities.
