Blizzard has announced balance tuning for Plunderstorm that should now be live including substantial nerfs to Celestial Barrage.
With hotfixes that are now live, we’ve made the following adjustments:
Plunderstorm
Celestial Barrage travel speed reduced by 25%.
Celestial Barrage radius reduced by 33%.
Celestial Barrage initial flight distance significantly reduced.
Celestial Barrage backwards leap height significantly reduced.
