Blizzard’s development notes for the Patch 11.0.7 PTR hint that professions may be getting a new specialization respec option that would allow players to refund and respend their knowledge points.
Professions in The War Within
There doesn’t appear to be any indication of this profession respec feature on PTR realms currently, but this has been highly requested since the profession revamp in Dragonflight.
