Blizzard has temporarily disabled the Boost NPC on the Diablo 4 PTR due to paragon boost issues crashing the server. They mentioned that Mrak will be re-enabled tomorrow morning after fixes have been implemented for stability. The PTR is still available for players to test, but you will need to get the items yourself!
