Blizzard has announced Season of Discovery Hotfixes for February 13th, greatly buffing the spawn rate within Scourge Invasions and tweaking the acquisition of Remnants of Valor. Additionally, there’s a change to the Seal of the Dawn’s rank in an attempt to slow down its progression and cap it off, which would lower the pressure for Remnants of Valor players need to farm.
