Blizzard has announced new and reworked affixes for Season 2 of Mythic+, no depletes with a new achievement, and more!

With this wording this could either mean:

Keystones that are in the range of 2-11 can no longer deplete.

Keystones that are at 12+ can no longer deplete.

New account wide achievement: The War Within Keystone Legend: Season Two
Requirement: Attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 2850 during The War Within Season Two.
