Dragonflight raids all included an on-site gear upgrade NPC along with a vendor and repair NPC. This feature is sorely missed in Nerub-ar Palace, but relief is in sight, sort of. Liberation of Undermine, the Season 2 raid coming in Patch 11.1, brings back services and amenities, sort of.
