While players can get all the Citrine Gems, the Shuddering Hollow Event on the Siren Isle is bugged preventing many players from getting the BiS Citrine Gems.
As seen in our Best Cyrce’s Circlet Gems, the BiS Citrine Gems for many classes (e.g. Stormbringer’s Runed Citrine and Fathomdweller’s Runed Citrine) drop from the Shuddering Hollow event on the Siren Isle.
