Blizzard has posted the War Within hotfixes for today, which include fixes for World Boss quests not completing while in a raid group and WuE gear dropping at lower-than-intentional item levels.

Frost Splinterstorm will now correctly apply Winter’s Chill to shielded targets.

Fixed an issue causing some trinkets to drop for the wrong specialization in Delves.
