Blizzard has posted hotfixes for today which includes Rage generation fixes for Arms Warrior and fixes to allow the Ancient Timewarped Scroll to start dropping out of Classic Timewalking again.

The Recklessness granted by Warlord’s Torment now correctly has its additional Rage generation reduced to 25%.
