A minor change recently announced in Patch 11.0.5 will drastically change how Timewalking Dungeons work. Dungeons will scale to the player’s level instead of the player being scaled down to the dungeon’s level.
This change is being made to help Blizzard maintain balance and the intended tuning of Timewalking dungeons, but it has a very sad side effect on a niche activity: Minmaxing gear for Timewalking content.
