In an update to the Battle.net App catalog, Blizzard has renamed the old 11.0.2 PTR branch to “PTR 11.0.7”. This means we should see our first public 11.0.7 build soon.
You can check that by restarting your Battle.net App and looking at the WoW Game Versions dropdown list.
